Terms of Service

Last updated: January 11, 2025

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CryptAuth service operated by us.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3. Refund Policy

CryptAuth operates under a strict no-refund policy to ensure the security and integrity of our licensing system. Once you have successfully logged into your account after making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have accessed the service and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This policy exists because our service provides immediate access to digital licensing and authentication tools upon account login. By logging into your account, you demonstrate that the service is functional and accessible, which constitutes delivery of the digital service purchased.

You acknowledge and agree that upon your first successful login to the service after purchase, you forfeit any right to request a refund for subscription fees, service charges, one-time payments, or any other payments made to CryptAuth. This includes but is not limited to situations involving:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with service features or functionality
  • Technical difficulties or compatibility issues
  • Inability to use the service as intended
  • Duplicate purchases or accidental transactions
  • Currency exchange fluctuations or payment processing fees

This no-refund policy is binding and applies immediately upon your first successful authentication and login to the CryptAuth service. We strongly recommend that you carefully review our service features, system requirements, and terms of service before making any purchase decision.

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your account initially, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. However, once successful login has been achieved, the no-refund policy will take effect regardless of subsequent issues or concerns.

Additional Refund Policy Terms

Account Suspension or Termination: You acknowledge and agree that if your account is suspended or terminated by CryptAuth's authorized personnel, with or without cause, at any time after your initial purchase, no refunds will be provided. This includes situations where:

  • Your account access is restricted or revoked due to violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your account is suspended for security reasons or suspicious activity
  • Your account is terminated at CryptAuth's sole discretion for any reason
  • Technical issues prevent future access to your account or the service
  • Service discontinuation or modifications that affect your account functionality

By using our service, you understand that the inability to access your account or service in the future, regardless of the reason, does not entitle you to any refund, partial refund, or compensation. This policy remains in effect for the entire duration of your relationship with CryptAuth.

4. License Use and Restrictions

CryptAuth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service solely in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code of our Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of license keys intended to circumvent license protection
  • Use our Service to distribute malware, spyware, or any other malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CryptAuth and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CryptAuth.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CryptAuth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
